About the event
The Cycle 4 restatement window should be opening later this year. The current deadline for amending qualified plans for the SECURE, CARES, and SECURE 2.0 changes is 12/31/2026. Most plans won’t be restated before the end of the year but, even for plans that restate early, not all of the required amendments for SECURE, CARES, and SECURE 2.0 are included in the Cycle 4 restatement.
